What to expect:
Based in Harrow our Consultation team play a key role in our wider transformation programme as they support Postmasters with changes to our Post Offices.
You will support the team in the delivery of individual branch changes throughout the consultation process which will include preparing and despatching consultation materials for branches and conducting telephone audits to ensure materials have been received and displayed correctly.
You will ensure all files are accurately stored, collaborate with a range of key stakeholders and ensure our high level business standards are met in relation to branding and response times.
This is an Administration role that will require good attention to detail and time management as you provide a vital support service to the Consultation Team.

What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for Customer Service and a great telephone manner.
In addition you will possess:
- A good understanding of the Post Office systems and processes
- IT literacy ideally with Microsoft packages
- Experience working within an Administration role
- Experience working to set deadlines
- Knowledge of our Consultation process would be a benefit but not essential
