We offer a range of opportunities for continuous professional development with in-house training, workshops and seminars, as well as external training providers.

Depending on experience we may offer the post as a Band 6 Lead Specialist.

If appointed as a Lead Specialist, progression to the next pay band is dependent on meeting an agreed set of competency criteria managed through Personal Development Review (PDR).Once those criteria are met you will automatically progress to Band 7.

Part-time and flexible working arrangement will also be considered.
