RemoteSalary: £200 - £250 per day Duration: 3 months rollingOverview:We are currently seeking a skilled Project Support Accountant to join a local authority in the South West.
This position offers full flexibility for the right candidate.While preference is given to candidates with local government experience, we welcome applicants from NHS and private sectors who possess the requisite skills and are willing to adapt.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience within local government.Responsibilities:
Conduct financial modelling for various projects, including:Analysis of procurement provider quotes for new care home projectsForecasting the Adult Social Care such as Care homes/PlacementsFinancial planning for the creation of a new Fire and Rescue serviceUtilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and generate insights
Requirements:
Financial modelling skillsProficiency in ExcelAbility to work autonomously and within a team environment.
