    Weare seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 6 Teacher to join abrilliant primary school based in East of England Essex fromSeptember2024. The successful candidate will be passionate abouteducation and have a proven track record of delivering excellentteaching in a Year 6 setting.

    Aside from that thesuccessful Year 6 Teacher will work collaboratively with the schoolteam to ensure all students receive a positive and engaginglearning experience.

    This is a beautiful anddiverse twoform entry school in Essex. It is easily accessible bypublic transport and seeking to appoint a qualified Primary teacherfrom September 2024. The school is happy to consider applicationsfrom both experienced teachers and ECTs. The school has asupportive culture and is an excellent place for both students andstaff members.

    TeacherResponsibilities:

    Plan anddeliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspireYear 6 students to reach their full potential

    Monitor and assess students progress and keep regular records ofYear 6 students academic performance

    Create apositive learning environment that is both safe and conducive forlearning

    Collaborate with school managementteaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support forYear 6 students

    Prepare and participate inschoolrelated activities such as performances events andparent/teacher meetings

    Adhere to safeguardingpolicies and promote the welfare of all children

    Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies toensure an orderly and safe learningenvironment

    TeacherRequirements:

    Year 6 teacherexperience

    QTS or equivalent

    A recognized qualification in teaching preferably a Bachelorsdegree in Education or any relevant field

    Provenexperience in teaching Year 6 in a mainstream primary or secondaryschool

    Excellent classroom management skillswith the ability to engage and motivate learners

    Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicateeffectively with parents staff and students

    Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application inclass

    Ability to adapt teaching styles tofacilitate different learning styles

    A passionfor teaching and making a difference in studentslives.

    Year6 Teacher Salary

    The salary forthis Year 6 Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanentcontract following the MPS/UPS payscale.
