Due to ongoing success this growing and ambitious business is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to join their team.


Due to the demands of the role, previous commercial FM experience is essential; either working on a reactive helpdesk or covering planned/contract or small works involving hard FM services.

This is a great opportunity to take on a new challenge.

You will be an essential member of this growing team and will work closely alongside colleagues and management, supporting the future growth of this business.


As a Facilities Operations Coordinator you will work alongside a team of 5, managing inbound requests, liaising with suppliers and contractors and ensuring all jobs run smoothly whilst maintaining excellent levels of service.


This is a busy and rewarding role and would be well suited to an experienced FM professional looking for their next step.

The Role:


  • Log and schedule planned and reactive requests on internal management system.
  • Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly.
  • Continuous monitoring of safe working practices within the business.
  • Support the business in finding new contractors to expand support networks.
  • Follow up on outstanding jobs to ensure jobs are raised and closed within client timeframes.
  • Support with new tenders and pull together formal proposals for submission.
  • Support and schedule mobile engineering team.
  • Support with general administration and invoice approvals/distribution.

The Individual:

My client is seeking a driven and determined individual who is keen to learn and progress in this industry.


Excellent customer service skills are a given but the ability to think ahead and adopt a proactive approach is a huge advantage.
