**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of an Internal Customer Support include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders on our Sage 200 software system.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and solving queries.
  • Liaising with couriers to ensure an efficient delivery service.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Internal Customer Support are:

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, honesty, commitment, enthusiasm, integrity, and the willingness to learn.
  • General Office skills are required.
  • Ideally you will have a proven record in customer service, be a confident and effective communicator with time management and planning skills coupled with knowledge of the construction industry.
