Our clients are looking for a Head of Marketing. This will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing all marketing activities within the organisation.
This dynamic professional will play a vital role in the company's future development, working closely with the Board of Directors to shape marketing strategies, manage budgets, set goals, and ensure consistent brand messaging across diverse marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop, refine, and execute marketing strategies to enhance market position, considering both conventional methods and emerging technologies.
2.
Market Analysis:
Understand the organisation's marketplace position and analyse industry trends, customer behaviours, threats, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
3.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing platforms and channels, both domestically and internationally.
4.
Team Coordination:
Manage, mentor, and guide the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that supports professional growth and achievement of departmental goals.
5.Budget Management:
Responsible for setting and managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
6.
Performance Metrics:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team, communicating progress and results to executive leadership.
7.
Market Expansion:
Identify new markets, audiences, and opportunities for growth, devising strategies to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
8.Competition Analysis:
Monitor competitors' activities, analyse market trends, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
9.
Sales Alignment:
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, enabling seamless coordination for enhanced brand visibility and revenue growth.
10.Campaign and Project Direction:
Lead the direction and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data and insights to make informed decisions.
- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in utilising digital marketing tools, technologies, and analytics platforms.
- Global market experience and understanding of international distribution channels is a plus.
