Business travel production consultant - required to work for this global TMC on a high profile tv/entertainment account. 2/3 days in the office in West London and the other days from home, working on some very well known TV productions. Salary up to 35k plus benefits.


Business travel production consultants duties

  • Working on some very high profile TV productions, finding the client the most cost effective travel options available
  • Booking all flights, accommodation using galileo or Amadeus
  • Arranging online check in, meet and greet ,lounge access etc
  • Attend kick off meetings with the production team to understand what travel arrangements they will need.
  • Carry out all changed, amendments, cancellations and invoicing

Business travel production consultants skills required

  • Previous business travel experience within media/Entertainment
  • Strong GDS knowledge
  • Happy to carry out a hybrid role
  • Lover of TV and entertainment
- able to work shifts between 8.30am and 7pm
