We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly, and dynamic individual to join our Corporate Education team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The Corporate Education Team is responsible for providing a range of training provisions such as Manual Handling, Conflict Resolution and Trust Induction.
The administration team are also responsible for booking and arranging a wide range of other training sessions, across various specialties.
The main purpose of this role is to provide professional and comprehensive administration support, dealing with enquiries and a variety of administrative duties covering course bookings, updating staff training on the Trust's Training Record Management System, photocopying and general administrative support for the Corporate Education Team.
The post holder will be supported and trained by experienced administrative staff and work closely with the Corporate Education Business Manager.
This individual will report directly to the Corporate Education Business Manager, but will work closely with the wider Corporate Education team in ensuring the day-to-day deliverables are met.
Main duties of the job:
- Deliver a high standard of Customer Service
- Accurate inputting of training registers into the Trust's Training Records Management System
- Chasing of registers that are not delivered in a timely manner
- Administrative support to ensure the continued efficiency of the department

Working in Microsoft access and excel
As and when directed cancel training and inform the staff member/s concerned
Working with Trust trainers and support training activity by organising training materials, handouts and registrations sheets
Use the department's evaluator system to record training evaluations and produce evaluation reports as and when required
Ordering of stationery and other supplies through the Trust's procurement system as and when required
