Opportunity at RRG Toyota Stockport – Trainee Accounts Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Account Assistant to join our Accounts Department at RRG Toyota Stockport to support the Branch Accountant.
Duties include training within the Accounts Department to process Vehicle Sales invoices and all the administration duties that exist within that role. Experience preferred however full training will be given. Daily cash banking, daily and monthly bank reconciliations, sales ledger including credit control. Posting purchase invoices and credit notes, supplier statements reconciliations and other general accounts and admin tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel. Ability to manage own workload, excellent organisation, ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and have a high attention to detail.
Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week in total 0900AM – 0500PM Monday to Friday with an unpaid half an hour lunch break.
