    Opportunity at RRG Toyota Bury – Sales Support Assistant

    Basic Salary £23,795.20

    Due to continuous growth, RRG Toyota Bury have an exciting new opportunity and are seeking a Sales Support Assistant to join their team

    Duties of the role include:

    To assist in the effective and efficient running of the Sales department. Recording data correctly to ensure FSA compliancy. Ensuring the online showroom is accurate and up to date. Meeting and greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner and assisting them when required. Responsible for recording accurate condition reports for vehicles to be added onto Auction website and ensuring the successful bidder receives the relevant documentation. Learning the product and accessory range and Hybrid technology to be able to demonstrate and present to a customer with total proficiency and accuracy. To carry out any additional tasks deemed necessary to the position. Ensuring customer parking available at all times. Starting all used cars daily and ensuring all merchandise is up to date (such as checking mileage against online Auto Trader & RRG Group Website). Assisting in moving cars to and from the compound. Fuelling New and Used vehicles to and from petrol station in preparation for handovers. Assisting the Valet team in preparing/arranging the cars for online presentation (video / photography day) – identifying the cars and making the cars accessible. Assisting customer queries such as Phone connection, MyT connected services and Dashcam set up. Full time position working Monday to Friday 0830AM – 0530PM, with a half an hour lunch and x 2 15 minute breaks.
