    Description

    A market leading Groundwork's company is on the lookout for an Estimator to join their team, overseeing all projects within the London region.

    This position is ideal for someone who has come from a Groundwork's background and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    About the Role As an Estimator reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a crucial role in the pre- and post-sales process, engaging with clients at various stages.

    Your responsibilities will include providing cost advice, leading the preparation of quality tender submissions, and coordinating with team members to ensure work-winning success.

    You'll oversee estimating and commercial activities throughout the tendering and pre-contract phases, ensuring a seamless transition to the project delivery team.

    About the Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

    • At least 3 years of experience with a Groundwork or RC Frame subcontractor
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency with IT equipment and adaptability to new software technologies
    • Knowledge of various contract forms
    • A 3rd-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
