Collaborate with cross-functional made up of product managers, quality assurance teams, designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement scalable and efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize performance
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Develop automation tests/ collaborate with automation engineers to ensure business needs are met, and allow for regression testing
Work closely with users to provide personalized software support as needed
Document application support and operational procedures
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
~3+ years of software development experience
~ Deep knowledge of C#, LINQ, MS SQL, Entity Framework and related technologies
~ Proven experience of Agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban
~ Ability to work with complex enterprise software architectures
~ Database Development in SQL Server or NoSQL Databases (MongoDB/Raven DB/etc.)
~ Experience with Agile development project management methodologies
~ Experience with Azure or AWS is a plus
This position is intended to be largely in-office with a focus on flexibility.
Today, most of the global team is on a hybrid model ranging between 3-4 days in the office per week.
We aim to find an inclusive balance between everyone's personal lives and responsibilities and the value created from in-office collaboration.
We work with new team members to find that balance with them while building the trust and collaboration that our team values.
We not only want to encourage people to safely spend time in the office, but also, schedule regular travel between our offices in Europe and the US – and a regular conference where the entire worldwide team is gathered together.
Maybe the Metaverse will replace the office some day – but it hasn't yet Online meetings were a powerful connector during the pandemic – but they don't foster the same connection.
