- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to will drafting, estate planning, and probate administration.
- Manage estate administration tasks including obtaining grants of probate, administering estates, and distributing assets in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in legislation related to Wills and Probate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with support and guidance throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years' experience in Wills and Probates.
