Position:
Outbound Sales Consultant


Location:
Southend


Salary:
£25,000 (basic) with projected earnings of 33k commission in Year 1

Environment:
Office Based (Review after probation)

I am currently looking to recruit a high volume of Outbound Sales Consultants in the Southend area for a developing, FCA regulated insurance company.

This role will require motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound sales calls via a dialler system
  • Prioritising workloads to ensure optimal performance
  • Work towards individual and team performance objectives
  • Identify customers' needs, provide, and sell policies that meet their requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self motivated and a drive to succeed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage personal workload

Hours:

Full time - Permanent

37.5 per week, over 5 days on a rota covering 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday, No Sundays.

Start Date: 27th February
