Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner to drive sales
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing product information and resolving customer issues
  • Support the sales team with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals

Requirements:


  • Proven ability to sell products or services effectively
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for processing orders and transactions
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,310.99 per year
