We are recruiting for a Digital account Manager to work within a company who support more than 5,700 active clients, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals, in the UK and beyond.

**The Team
**This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative marketing team. Over the last two years the team has doubled in size and now has over 40 marketing professionals within it across corporate communications, business development, andmarketing communications.

The team has played a central role in the delivery of several strategic projects including a business-wide rebrand, digital transformation project, CRM implementation and key account management launch.

Going forward the team will be at the heart of a numberof projects, campaigns and marketing activities to support business growth.

**The Role
**The Digital account Manager is responsible for devising, implementing, and optimising the Group's digital marketing and channel strategy.

In addition to day-to-day channel management, the role holder will design and deliver discrete paid and organic campaigns, take ownership of CRO programmes, and manage the ongoing development of new functionality to help improve user experience.

The role holder will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider BD and corporate communications teams to ensure that the Group's digital properties support our brand values of being 'forward thinking' and 'straight talking'whilst contributing to an impactful and valuable digital experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Take the lead on daytoday digital analytics, producing high level rolling channel analysis along with more granular audience specific insight that can be utilised by Groups BD and content creators to inform decision making.
  • Lead on user journey testing to identify new ways to improve functionality and deepen engagement.
  • Manage and implement conversion optimisation strategies to drive visitor conversion and monitor performance through data analytics.
  • Development and creation of digital marketing support materials including on demand training, writing guides and templates.
  • Remain up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing and work proactively to coach and develop the skills of line reports, setting and regularly reviewing personal development objectives.
  • Devise, execute and project manage discrete organic and paid campaigns for platform teams across the breadth of the Group as business needs dictate.
  • To be aware of and comply with the company's policies and procedures.
**Key Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in B2B digital marketing, working either in professional services or have an agency background.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to work at pace, with demonstrable project and campaign management experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing multichannel content marketing strategies geared to maximise inbound lead generation.
  • Strong experience in search engine optimisation, at both a strategic and operational level, including onpage optimisation and offsite link building.
  • Ability to report on complex digital marketing data and derive meaningful insight.
  • Strong experience of paid digital advertising via social and search networks.
  • Indepth knowledge of UX best practice and WCAG 2.1 requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present technical content to a nontechnical audience at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent written communications skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • An excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics and GA4 transition, Search Console, Data Studio and Google Ads.
  • A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Schema, image and asset preparation would be an advantage.
