What is the role?
We are recruiting an experienced Subcontractor Clerk to join our busy Finance Team.

The purpose of this role is to support the Quantity Surveying Department with the management of the subcontractor invoices, ensuring that they are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

The role will include:

Processing and administration of monthend BACS subcontractor payments
Processing fortnightly labouronly BACS payment runs
Maintaining S/C Insurance records on COINS
Maintaining new S/C records for audit purposes
Monthly CIS reporting to Group
Liaising with our internal Quantity Surveyors
Dealing with subcontractor queries

What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role within a busy organisation
COINS experience would be beneficial
Diligent and organised
Strong attention to detail
Excel skills desirable
Good communication skills
