The Clinical Trial Supplies Administrator oversees the clinical study product, equipment and materials, from receipt through to disposal, to enable delivery of global clinical studies.

In this role, you will typically find yourself supporting the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in their study activity.

This covers various activities, including:

Stock management checking in of new stock, movement of stock from goods in to stores, oversight of expiration and disposal process, and cross reference to documentation for traceability
Shipping coordination prepare packages for trials and shipment, logging movements and booking courier shipments
Document handling preparation/printing of clinical study documents, scanning, and archiving as required.
Product decontamination movement of returned packages from study sites, following disposal and decontamination procedures as required
