Shipping Coordinator

Full-time, permeant

Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 DEO

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders, quotations, enquiries, and complaints efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Checking and management of stock systems are maintained accurately.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers

International Customs/ Export documentation

Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate information and timely delivery of customer orders.

Update customers on the progress of their orders.

Assist with shipping enquiries and provide clear information regarding order fulfilment.

Maintain records of completed tasks and workload activities.

Support the sales with customer communication, appointments, and pre-sales tasks.

Ensure accurate data entry into the company's system and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and computerized order processing systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong keyboard skills and telephone etiquette.

Ability to evaluate information and make sound judgments.

Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.

Flexible, resilient, and able to multitask effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
