    Full Time, Permanent Position

    Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

    £28,000 - £32,000 + Commission (depending on experience)

    Your Role:

    As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of the sales team, managing customer accounts and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets - High daily activity based around set KPI's (inbound/outbound calls, activities, opportunities, quotes to order conversion)
    • Initiate and develop new sales opportunities/prospecting using outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow-ups
    • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities - Daily Account Management - customer retention and growth
    • Prompt contact with incoming leads and follow-ups
    • Booking meetings for the Field Sales Executive where required, Quoting/follow ups from these meetings
    • Contacting existing customers for repeat orders, upsell and cross selling
    • Maintain consistent standards of customer contact, answering customer questions and resolving their concerns
    • Understanding of business goals and targets
    • Stay up to date with competition in the market
    • Explain and demonstrate functions and features of products and services
    • Sell product(s) in line with profit margin and pricing directives.
    • Some business travel may be required where necessary (minimal)
