The Role


Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing & Demand Generation, as the Demand Gen Leader for EMEA you will join our rapidly growing global marketing team.

You are a savvy marketer with strong business and technical acumen. You understand sales at all levels as well as other internal business stakeholders. _This is a REMOTE position, with some traveling (10%) or as needed to our Reading Office._


What you will be doing:


  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a datadriven marketing strategy and performancebased demand generation campaigns to drive new business and generate new opportunities
  • Creating and driving comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, multichannel integrated campaigns, and programs to support sales to reach revenue goals on our suite of collaboration solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer segments/personas, market intelligence, and team dynamics based on sound internal and external customer insights.
  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability.
  • Assisting the content team in developing and evolving messaging and collateral.
  • Promoting and assisting with event management, including webinars, inperson events, etc.
  • Instituting a continuous improvement cycle for all marketing efforts and providing weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting against established KPIs.
  • Creating full lifecycle nurture campaigns.
  • Executing all initiatives ensuring compliance with governing laws, clients, and vendors.
  • Collaborating with content marketing and blog contributors to create highquality content around important, relevant terms

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 3+ years' B2B experience, including 2+ years in a B2B marketing manager, product marketing, brand manager, market research, etc, role.
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified inbound leads through integrated multichannel campaigns.
  • Handson experience in developing and executing segmented and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in developing and executing research to uncover customer needs and considerations and then transforming the findings into recommendations.
  • Experience in KPI measurement and analytics
  • Ability to navigate and generate data insights from Salesforce.

Nice to have:


  • 3+ years of Telecom industry experience. Preferably in OSS & BSS
