Responsibilities

  • Nurture the existing team of Business Developers, Partnership Sales & Dealing team to maximise their potential
  • Lead, develop, own, refine, and implement a partnerships strategy that aligns with pre agreed revenue targets
  • Work with BDM's &Account Managers to nurture the most strategically important partners, both existing and new
  • Understand the competitive landscape to ensure that the client will remain the 'partnerofchoice' and proactively source the most profitable new business opportunities
  • Be the main point of contact in the partnerships organisation for our Managing Director, ensuring the team are executing the defined strategy and delivering on all measurables
  • Providing accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
  • Showcase yourself as an industry expert and establish relationships with potential partners and key decisionmakers in the industry
Who You Are

  • You will have an exceptional track record of Partnership delivery within Financial Services, preferably within FinTech/Payments/FX
  • A minimum of 23 years' experience in a management capacity
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop people
  • Commercial awareness
  • Process driven & able to deliver concise KPI management
  • Firstclass communication skills
**£80,000 - £95,000 + bonus/benefits
