Description

Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thrive
At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier. It's a really exciting time to join us as we begin to deliver the Heathier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) throughout North and South London and we're looking for a team of passionate Health Coaches (or Diabetes Prevention Practitioners) to join us on a casual basis as part of our bank team

The purpose of a health coach is to improve lives, through empowering people to make effective long-term changes that halt or reverse the progression of Type 2 Diabetes.

This is achieved through successfully delivering our quality programmes and providing evidence-based information, supporting individuals to improve their health, lose weight and ultimately lower their risk of developing diabetes.

We're seeking to provide widespread coverage of the NDPP throughout London, therefore we're looking for flexible practitioners who can deliver across London when referrals are high.

Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging.

We don't like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.
