Monday - Friday 9am - 5:50pm

3 weeks training in office, then hybrid working (3 days at home, 2 days in the office per week) once trained.


Hourly Rate:
£11

Adecco are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for our well-known Client based in Swindon.


Duties Include:


  • Manage internal relationships with retained and outsourced operational areas to meet customer expectations
  • Outbound calls to 3rd parties
  • Inbound telephone support as required
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of product and service propositions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant products, procedures and systems.
Experience Required

  • GCSE/ A' Level or equivalent.
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work in a team/team player or on own.
  • Excellent planning and organisation to respond to varying workloads and pressures
  • Desire to progress within company/role.
  • Financial Services experience preferable but not essential.
