- Track monitor andmake relevant teams/internal contacts aware of bespoke contractualcommitments.
- Adviseon legal and commercial risk/mitigation where required includingfor projects concepts andideas.
- Provide reliable andup to date legal advice on (but not limited to) matters ofintellectual property disputes privacy consumer issues and day today legal queries.
- Maintainan awareness of international legislation to a sufficient level tobe able to identify business requirements/risks and consult withsuitable legalconsultants.
- Manage externalcounsel and proactively arrange appropriateagreements/relationships exist so that individual matters can bedealt with promptly andeffectively.
