    Summer Camp Multi Activity Instructor - Exciting Opportunity in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

    Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

    Salary: £405.69 – £530.76 per week based on age, experience, and qualifications (Salary adjustments planned for 2023 and 2024)

    Reporting to: Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MULTI ACTIVITY INSTRUCTOR

    • Set up and maintain a fun and safe Multi Activity area for children
    • Plan and deliver engaging sessions following Barracudas training
    • Ensure safety and supervision of children throughout the day
    • Complete necessary paperwork accurately
    • Encourage active participation and teamwork
    • Check and maintain equipment regularly
    • Lead specific skills builder course
    • Ensure overall site tidiness and equipment organization
    • Comply with equipment usage and safety guidelines

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Complete Barracudas' Multi Activity course
    • Minimum age of 18
    • Eligibility to work in the UK
    • Positive attitude with strong communication skills
    • Enhanced DBS check
    • Participation in necessary training events
    • Assist with camp procedures

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
    • Organize suitable activities for children
    • Promote active participation and positive behavior
    • Follow camp systems and guidelines
    • Act as a role model for children's welfare
    • Report any concerns promptly
    • Accommodate children's needs and conditions
    • Skill building session delivery may be required
    • Support swimming sessions when needed
    • Adapt to changing tasks and roles
