Morgan Philips are working with a client in London who are searching for a Reward Manager to join them for 12 Months to cover a period of maternity.

The role will pay up to £58,000pa and will be suitable for someone who has worked with the harder side ofbenefits such as the insurances as well as having either some experience or ideas in terms of wellbeing.

The Benefits & Wellbeing Manager will report in to the Senior Reward Manager and will be responsible for the full management of the companies insurances including income protection, life, terminal illness, disability, critical illness and private medical.

Overand above this, you will be liaising with brokers, managing policy renewals, managing claims and leading communications on benefit changes.

The company takes very seriously the physical and mental health of its employees.

The Benefits Manager will be at theforefront of driving global wellbeing initiatives to support the companies' mission to help everyone be their best.

You will be proactively designing and executing wellbeing projects and initiatives globally and driving new initiatives to support mental, physicaland financial wellbeing.
