pub - the Lord's Tavern.
Casual work is available all year round, including during cricket matches.

The Bar and Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the Lord's Tavern on a daily basis

Duties include:
- providing excellent food and beverage service to all customers.
- ensuring food quality meets company standards.
- taking bookings and updating function sheets.
- ensuring knowledge of all menus.
- effectively and efficiently dealing with customer complaints and compliments.
- being presentable and punctual at all times.
- supervising the front of house staff and back of house staff.

Additional Information This Bar and Restaurant Supervisor role is on a zero-hours contract offering flexibility.

Essential Skills:

A flexible approach, able to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (including early mornings and evenings):

Food Safety Level
Exceptional customer service skills
Good food and beverage knowledge
Strong leadership skills with a cando attitude
A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment and thrive on a challenge
Hardworking and proactive in solving issues and queries that may arise
Someone who is happy to speak to customers to offer recommendations and information
Excellent verbal communication is required when taking bookings, both face to face and over the phone
