Type of Employment:
Full-time, permanent
Sign-Up Bonus:

Undertake high-quality direct (assessment & therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory, and evaluative) specialist psychological interventions, making autonomous clinical decisions.
Treatment Planning and Implementation:
Formulate and implement plans of specialist psychological treatment or management of patients' mental health needs based on a multi-factorial psychological understanding and current evidence-based best practice.
Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and care provided to service users.
Maintain high standards of care in all areas of practice in accordance with the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines, and Company Policies and Procedures.
Staff Development and Training:
Facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and design and deliver training as requested.
Engage in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) working, collaborating with colleagues to ensure holistic care for service users.
Continuous Professional Development:
Engage in continuous professional development, taking advantage of numerous career development opportunities and courses provided to enhance skills and knowledge.
