Swindon (hybrid working available)

Salary:
Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

The opportunity:

Our ambition is to the best retail protection provider for our advisers, customers, and our people. To do this we have to give the best service possible. We're looking for someone inspiring and ambitious to join our Retail Protection Planning and Forecasting Team.

We support Retail Protection's frontline operations, assisting and empowering them in our wider commitment to provide a legendary service to our customers.

If you're as passionate about delivering an outstanding service to our customers as we are, want to work in a supportive team and develop a career in Resource Planning and Forecasting, then we want to hear from you.


  • Maximise resource in our contact centre against call profile or current demand
  • Review real time activity to mitigate calls queues and prevent long wait times or abandoned calls
  • Use workforce management systems to help the operation realise their full potential
  • Analyse trends and performance and make recommendations to maximise performance
  • Inspire our contact centre agents to be as motivated and driven as you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Have an analytical mindset, and a passion for numbers and the story they tell
  • Highly selfmotivated and organised, with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • The ability to think fast, spot trends, act quickly and deliver to tight deadlines, within a demanding and challenging customer focused environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with peers and stakeholders
  • Experience in contact centre planning would be advantageous
  • Experience of workforce management systems and technologies, Egain and Verint/BT Optimise would be advantageous
