- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations to minimise disruption to tenants and maximise efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures, optimising resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to address maintenance concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes applicable to property maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
