Join our team as a Sales Associate for an iconic British luxury fashion brand based in Central London.

With a rich heritage dating back to 140 years, our client, a renowned has dressed heads of state, style icons, and celebrities in beautifully crafted British clothing.

As a family-run heritage maker, our client is known for its superior craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and timeless designs.
We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and presentable Sales Associate who shares our client's commitment to excellence.

If you have a background in luxury retail, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Create lasting impressions by being presentable and well-groomed at all times.
Maximise sales opportunities by providing excellent customer service and ensuring each visit is tailored to the customer's needs.
Encourage customers to join our client list and build lasting relationships.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our client's history and brand.
Interact with clients in a respectful and courteous manner, maintaining a professional image.
Utilise the POS system accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate and support your team members, promoting a positive work environment.
Maintain organised stock and merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
Showcase the brand to all visitors and actively engage with potential customers.
Expand product knowledge and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Utilise the customer profile function effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
Demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail sector.
Experience in Menswear, Womenswear, and Bespoke would be advantageous.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong time management and punctuality.
Passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
