- Carry out routine inspections of the estate to identify and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the estate, including communal areas, gardens, and walkways.
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing fences, clearing drains, and replacing light bulbs.
- Respond to residents' enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a housing or property management setting.
- Good practical skills for carrying out basic maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to estate management.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Salary of £23,088
- 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
