    Estate Caretaker
    Are you passionate about contributing to the upkeep of local assets? Join HMS as an Estate Caretaker

    Our client is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents by preserving and managing public estates across North Wales.

    We take pride in our responsibility to maintain these properties for the benefit of our community.

    We are seeking a diligent and committed Estate Caretaker to oversee the daily maintenance and care of their public estates in Liverpool.

    Conduct regular inspections of public estate grounds, buildings, and amenities.

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, gardening, and minor repairs.
    • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs as needed.
    • Manage and upkeep equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for estate maintenance.
    • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and address them efficiently.
    Prior experience in estate maintenance, property management, or a related field is advantageous.

    • Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks, including landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, is preferred.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    The contract will run for a short term on-going contract to cover an employee currently taking long leave.
