The role
Redwing are searching for a Caretaker to ensure our Liverpool city centre based schemes are maintained to a high standard at all times.
This role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card, and you can maintain your own van stock with a company credit card to ensure a speedy service.
We want you to have pride in our properties and welcome suggestions for scheme improvements.
You are our eyes and ears, and the first port of call for scheme maintenance and keeping up a good appearance.
You'll be the friendly face of Redwing to our residents and will know the schemes inside and out.You will also show contractors around and complete a weekly scheme report so jobs are on top of and completed.
The right fitYou'll have experience of working in a similar role / handyperson or caretaking background.
You'll have fantastic organisational skills to prioritise workloads.
You'll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be a team player and a problem-solver along with a flexible approach.
You'll possess a full UK driving licence.
You'll need an open mind, a willingness to learn and we'll help you with the rest
