- Develop loyalty programs to add customer value, nurture customer relationships, ensure customer retention, and drive repeat purchases.
- Create marketing campaigns, including on site content, email marketing, and retargeting ads aligning to the customer marketing plan.
- Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to identify high-value customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Analyse customer behaviour and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid shopping, paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, collaborating with agency partners.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, and monitor performance against targets to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise ad creative, targeting, and messaging for maximum conversion and engagement.
- Utilise marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and implement promotional plans, ensuring alignment with trading plan objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including on site content, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Set up promotions on site and Google Shopping feeds.
- Work closely with the content team to develop promotional assets, including graphics, videos, and written content, that align with campaign objectives and messaging.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to the content team to ensure promotional assets are optimised for engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional content across marketing channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign schedules.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Conduct customer journey mapping and funnel analysis to understand the customer lifecycle and identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and ecommerce operations to align on campaign objectives, messaging, and priorities.
- Work with the marketing technology stack team to implement and optimise marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies to support customer and performance marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).
- 3 Years minimum experience in similar role with similar duties.

Overview
As an Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive specialising in customer and performance marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our online retail platforms. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing strategies and analytics, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at maximising customer lifetime value and optimising performance across various marketing channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the promotional plan to ensure alignment with trading plan objectives. Collaboration with the content team to produce promotional assets will be a key aspect of this role.

Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyse data, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI.
Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across various channels, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
Sales and Marketing Coordination: Ability to coordinate and implement sales and marketing plans, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overarching business objectives and revenue targets.
Content Collaboration: Aptitude for collaborating with content teams to develop compelling promotional assets that resonate with target audiences and support campaign objectives.

Our Offer to You
