Are you an enthusiastic Customer Advisor looking to join a busy office in Slough? A luxury automotive dealer based in Slough is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.

The Role:

The Customer Advisor role will include.
Working with the office manager
Liaise with customers, insurance companies and vehicle technicians to answer questions, document issues and report back on the progress of vehicle servicing and outcomes
Provide updates on progress of vehicles, repair costs and extent of damages.
Resolving customer complaints after repair services are offered

What we are looking for in a Customer Advisor:

Prior customer service experience.
Ability to prioritise and an ability to multitask to problem solve.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills for connecting with customers and staff
You will be confident and proficient in the use of Outlook Office.
