Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm


Are you an enthusiastic Customer Advisor looking to join a busy office in Slough? A luxury automotive dealer based in Slough is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team.


The Role:

  • The Customer Advisor role will include.
  • Working with the office manager
  • Liaise with customers, insurance companies and vehicle technicians to answer questions, document issues and report back on the progress of vehicle servicing and outcomes
  • Provide updates on progress of vehicles, repair costs and extent of damages.
  • Resolving customer complaints after repair services are offered
What we are looking for in a Customer Advisor:

  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Ability to prioritise and an ability to multitask to problem solve.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills for connecting with customers and staff
  • You will be confident and proficient in the use of Outlook Office.
