- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the Commercial Property portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Running of the Commercial portfolio.
- Oversee the management of all commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and industry partners.
- Manage and mentor a small team including a property manager and a part-time member staff
- Prepare and present regular reports on the department's performance to the Senior Partner.
