    This Cheshire based law firm enjoys an outstanding reputation for quality of service and expertise. As such, the partnership attracts high level instructions and retained by an impressive set of clients including a diverse range of commercial businesses as well as agricultural organisations and land/estate owners.

    Managing a diverse range of transactions, the nature of the role requires not less than 2 years' PQE in real estate transactions. Experience of agricultural lands transactions is desirable, but we would be happy to consider applications of pure commercial property specialists, who are interested in developing their skills in this area.

    Typical instructions undertaken by the team include:

    • Acquisitions and Disposal
    • Landlord and Tenant (commercial occupancy)
    • Land registration and title
    • Rights of way, easements and wayleave agreements
    • Water supplies and drainage
    • Planning controls and Building Regulations
    • Telecommunications masts and windfarms
    • Acquisition & Disposals of Farming Business
    • Diversification of use of Farm Land
    • Farm Partnership Agreements
