During my career, I have Assisted a senior project manager in managing 2 large-scale residential projects to completion in 2022, totaling 113 separate housing units with a market value of £9 million. Saved 6% on annual cost projection in 2022.

During my work shadowing at VolkerFitzPatrick, I leveraged prior knowledge of BIM, ASTA Powerproject, and procurement strategies to increase the elimination of hard clashes, developing proficiency in project scheduling software to reduce project lags, collaborating with 6 cross-functional teams during site inspections and project meetings to resolve project issues and mitigate risk, and implementing sustainable measure that target excellent grades of BREAM standard of measurement. These experiences have not only honed my technical skills but also instilled in me a commitment to delivering excellence.

I'd like to emphasize my active participation in CIOB Student Future, where I had the privilege of representing the University of Grееnwich. This experience allowed me to engage with industry professionals and stay updated on the latest developments in the construction and built environment field. My involvement in contributing to Peabody’s community development engagement strategies on retrofitting was a significant personal achievement. It demonstrated my commitment to sustainable construction practices and my desire to make a positive impact on communities by promoting environmentally friendly initiatives. 

Additionally, my participation in seven different sitе visitations organized by CIOB furthеr еnrichеd my practical knowledge of construction projects and thе complеxitiеs involvеd. Thеsе еxpеriеncеs reinforced my passion for this industry and dееpеnеd my understanding of real-world challenges and solutions.
