- Our Complaints Resolution team serves as the customer advocates within our organization, dedicated to solving customer problems through critical thinking and understanding of industry-wide policies.
- We value ownership, accountability, and creativity in influencing positive outcomes for our customers.
- Manage customer complaints from receipt until resolution, providing a final written response.
- Understand industry regulations and align them with company policies.
- Support customers, conduct thorough investigations, and remain customer-focused in decision-making.
- Refer customers to additional support resources and assist in process improvement.

- Initial in-office training, followed by a shift pattern
- Transition to predominantly remote work with occasional in-office visits
- Salary: £24,000.00
