    Insurance Technician

    Are you passionate about insurance and eager to join a dynamic team in a growing specialist Lloyd's broker based in London? In addition to traditional insurance technician responsibilities, this role presents a unique opportunity for the jobholder to get involved in Account Handling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and handle insurance documentation efficiently and accurately
    • Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to facilitate policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
    • Maintain and update electronic files and records in compliance with industry standards
    • Handle premium and claims transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve queries
    Additional Opportunity:

    • Explore and contribute to Account Handling responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in managing client relationships

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Previous experience as an Insurance Technician or similar role within the Lloyd's market
    • Familiarity with insurance documentation and policy processing
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
    • Knowledge of Lloyd's systems and procedures is advantageous
