    Your new company
    A consultancy is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them for a 1-year fixed-term contract. They need someone with admin experience, who can come into the office 5 days a week, and is fluent in French and English.


    Your new role
    - Reception duties and welcoming clients.
    - Managing stock levels and ordering supplies.
    - Supporting internal and external events.
    - Filing, scanning, and printing.
    - Proofreading documents.
    - Gathering info for inspections.
    - Scheduling meetings and interviews.
    - Tracking forms and letters.
    - Monitoring staff leave.


    What you'll need to succeed
    - Immediate availability or maximum 1-week notice.
    - Previous admin experience.
    - Full-time office presence.
    - Fluency in French and English.
