The post you have applied for is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; pre-employment checks will be carried out, references will be sought and successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and other relevant checks with statutory bodies. Class teachers are expected to teach across the subject range so we are interested in hearing from primary school teachers as well as secondary teachers with an interest in SEN. This role is suitable for ECTs as we provide full ECF support. We provide a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing CPD for all staff. We are a warm and friendly school and value the health and wellbeing of our staff. 'The leadership and management provide a supportive and flexible environment where staff are listened to in order to ensure that staff's wellbeing is a priority while also making sure the quality-of-service provision to students is not compromised in anyway.'
