Are you a senior Employee Relations professional looking to make your mark across exciting and diverse markets in Asia?

This is an opportunity for you to take ownership and accountability for the delivery of the Employee Relations service to businesses across 11 markets in Asia, based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

As our Employee Relations Lead, you'll report into our Regional Head of HR with a matrix report to the Global Head of Employment and work within a supportive and high performing Human Resources team.

You will manage a team of direct reports in various locations,and be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive Employee Relations services directly to the business.

This will include a broad range of areas including:

- strategic employee relations advice
- employment documentation
- regional HR policies and processes
- restructures and mergers and acquisitions.


You will also be responsible for supporting employment-related litigation and employment legal risk management within established governance frameworks, including partnering with our Conduct Risk and Compliance teams in respect of employee conduct data analysisand review.

You will be required to work closely with the HR Business Partners and Country HR teams to assess and respond to Employee Relations matters.

You'll also play an important role in driving global and regional ER compliance projects for Asia.

With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Legal qualification preferred), you will have proven experience in employee relations, preferably from the Financial Services industry.


Additionally, your expertise and skills will include:
- practical knowledge of providing Employee Relations advice to a number of different markets in Asia with
- an ability to show good judgement including balancing commerciality with risk management.
- a solutions-focused approach, sensitivity and diplomacy
- an ability to gain and maintain credibility and trust with all levels of employees including senior management.
