James Penman Plant Hire Ltd are highly experienced family owned company who specialise in the provision of Plant Hire & Drainage services to public and private sector clients across Scotland.
Vacancy Description:
- Utilising internal CRM for purchase orders
- Create records for new enquiries recorded on Excel spreadsheet.
- Accurately inputting data onto Microsoft Excel
- Point of contact for customers both face to face and telephone
- Processing payments on Xero & Sage
- Utilising Microsoft packages daily (word, excel, powerpoint)
Personal Qualities:
- High Level of organisation and the ability to multitask
- Bright, positive, and cando attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic understand of Microsoft Packages
Additional Information:
- Salary £14,000 per annum DOE
- Working Hours
- Monday
- Friday, 8.30AM 4.30PM
- Early finish Friday
