JOB SUMMARY:

  • Bourne End, Buckinghamshire
  • Salary: Up to £23500 per annumREF: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our successful client in Bourne End. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and managing incoming enquires.


Working in a friendly Customer Service team of 4, the role is office based, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

Salary is £23,500 plus benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Dealing with all types of orders by understanding & anticipating their requirements
  • Monitoring stock, promotions and any other special projects
  • Backorders to be monitored daily
  • To manage & control all Customer Repairs from start to finish
  • Filing of purchase orders with picking notes to be kept uptodate

Key Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer and work colleagues
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience processing orders
