A well known, major UK university


Description

  • Being a point of contact for the University to support and assist students
  • Relaying messages and calls to the relevant departments and or teams

Profile

  • Resilience
  • At least 6 months experience in the customer service industry, ideally in Hospitality, Retail or Airport Lounges or Aviation Industry. (All backgrounds will be considered, however)
  • Able to travel to Zone 1 London site 5 days a week
