Description
- Being a point of contact for the University to support and assist students
- Relaying messages and calls to the relevant departments and or teams
Profile
- Resilience
- At least 6 months experience in the customer service industry, ideally in Hospitality, Retail or Airport Lounges or Aviation Industry. (All backgrounds will be considered, however)
- Able to travel to Zone 1 London site 5 days a week
