    Description
    MBDA is a leading defence organisation. Circa £65,000 (depending on experience)
    Bonus of up to 21% of base salary
    ~ Pension of maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%

    Hybrid working pattern :

    The successful candidate will be an analytical systems thinker, able to specify new concepts and algorithms, and organise them through the subsystem architecture.

    This high profile role will have you working jointly across our business including Programmes, Engineering and Sales & Business Development as well as give you the opportunity to facilitate experiments with the customer community to communicate, explore and test them.

    It is a small experienced team focussed on technical solutions and setting the right design principles with new projects.

    A solid understanding of weapon systems, platforms and battlespace architectures.
    An ability to clearly communicate new concepts and architectures to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
